Mackintosh Room #1 One of the things I did while at Cornell was create models for people to test their rendering algorithms on. This model, which we dubbed the "Mackintosh Room", is based on the work of the architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

The model pictured in the image was made for Dani Lischinski and rendered using his Discontinuity Meshing radiosity renderer.

The next few images show global illumination solutions of the Mackintosh room computed by several different methods. Many of these images are hardware z-buffer rendered, and taken as "snapshots" from walk-through programs.
